Audio Units (AUv2) support implemented in all plugins

A-SID, Uè Uè and Amp Squeezer screens with a color effect in the shape of the Audio Units logo.

The latest releases of A-SID, Amp Squeezer and Uè Uè finally include Audio Units (AUv2) support, so you can directly use them in Apple's GarageBand, Logic, and MainStage.

Coincidentally, more bugs have been squashed and therefore updating is highly suggested in any case.
